Born in July in Cannonsburg Pennsylvania, his formative years were spent near Pittsburgh, PA. At age 12-15 he took accordion lessons and later played in a polka band at Bridgeville, High School.

Chuck has a B. S. in Physics/Math from the Washington & Jefferson College which is the oldest college west of the Alleghenies. He holds an MBA from the Arizona State University. He has worked in management and marketing semiconductor engineer for Westinghouse, Molecular Div., Control Data Corp., Motorola Manager, Handy & Harmon, Tandy Computer Division. Chuck is also a consultant for the George S. May real estate sales company.

His Hobbies include music, tennis, camping, hiking, chess, bowling and discovering new beers.
He likes all kinds of music but has a special place for Polkas.
